If we do not have something listed already which meets your needs, we will find something that will. It is that simple.
   
   Together, we decide which apartments, condos or townhouses are the most appropriate for you, and then go out to see them.
   
   
2. Upon choosing the best condo, townhouse or apartment rental for your needs, Thailand Property Search will negotiate the lease on your behalf, making sure your needs are met. The contract negotiations will typically cover the rental rate, payment schedule and terms, and the responsibilities of the landlord.
   
   The final signed contract will be translated into English for you if you are not Thai.
   
   
3. The last service we provide is to make sure the rental property is ready to move into when you are. We make sure all of the terms of the contract have been met, and check the `state` of repair of the apartment, condo or townhouse.
   
   
4. You move in!
