Thailand Property Search receives our payment from the landlord from which you rent from.  This does not affect the price of your rental, as the landlord knows they are getting business they would not be getting otherwise.  We pride ourselves on our quality service and attention – if you are not satisfied with our service, you can use another means to find a rental.

Please consider us a “one-stop shopping” company.  We will work on your behalf in all regards, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately.  It really is in your best interest to address all questions you have about a property to us, even after you have seen the property and met the landlord.  Being experts in the property market, we will often already know the answers to your questions

And being Thai, we know what to ask, and how to ask it properly - consider us your cultural ambassador!  Some requests may backfire if not asked correctly, and we take out any risk and ambiguity for you.
